About

I specialize in working with couples and high-profile individuals, particularly those who work in the music industry. My ideal individual client is someone who is navigating the complexities of the entertainment industry, the mental and emotional strain that often accompanies touring, and trauma. I prioritize creativity and aid clients in actualizing their fullest potential. My ideal couples are co-creating a conscious relationship that allows for complete authenticity. I believe relationships provide a unique opportunity for healing, but they often trigger attachment wounds and past pain. I aid couples as they confront these wounds
I work from a heavily integrated framework, but my primary theoretical orientations are emotion-focused, narrative, feminist, and person-centered therapies. I often use practical skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I apply these skills with individuals and couples.
Therapy is a bold step in the direction of change and healing. The fact that you are here means you're ready for both, even if you're not sure of that yet. If my bio felt like a good fit for you, please reach out. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey.
