Hi, I’m Taylor. If you’re a parent or caregiver feeling worried about your child or teen’s emotions, behavior, or adjustment to life changes, you’re not alone. You may be noticing anxiety, big feelings, school stress, avoidance, or difficulty with transitions. Together, we can better understand what your child is communicating and help them feel safer, calmer, and more confident. I work with young children through teens and caregivers to support emotional growth, connection, and resilience.
In therapy, we use play-based, art, and child/client-centered approaches that allow children to express emotions, build coping skills, and feel understood in a natural, developmentally appropriate way. Together, we’ll strengthen emotional regulation and support skills that help your child succeed at home and at school.
