No matter a client’s reason for seeking help, I lead from a place of curiosity and openness to begin the process of therapy. I hope to work as a team with clients to help actualize in their own strength in coping with life’s various challenges. I meet with clients who may be experiencing grief, identity crises, relationship issues and recovery from trauma. I work with clients in safely connecting with the present moment, as well as reconnecting with parts of themself with support and compassion.
I draw from experience in integrating Internal Family Systems and non-violent communication to better understand clients’ specific needs and create both an increased understanding of and compassion for themselves. I also work from a harm-reduction and trauma-informed framework.
I look forward to partnering with clients in the courageous choice to engage with their inner world and make changes in their life.
