If you're here maybe a small part of you believes change is possible, if that part isn't there, I'll believe until you can. I provide a compassionate and caring space where you feel seen and heard, so that we can uncover your strengths, dreams, and learn how to navigate through the complexities of society, your experiences, and your feelings. My hope is to create a space of exploration and collaboration, where you can feel empowered, laugh, be vulnerable, and grow. I enjoy working with clients of all identities, including: LBGTQIA+ individuals, trans/non-binary and gender explorative folks, BIPOC and mixed-raced people.
I work with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, substance use, and interpersonal challenges. I believe our relationship is crucial in therapy and seek to be antiracist. I use a integrative approach that pulls from psychodynamic, relational, DBT, EMDR, IFS, CBT, and Sensorimotor therapies.
I believe finding a therapist who you feel understood and accepted by is crucial to the healing process. I want all my clients to feel like they can be real and openly share successes that we can celebrate and challenges we can process.
