My goal in our work is to help individuals increase self-awareness by providing a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I can also assist in clients developing a plan of action, and supporting them in implementing new behaviors and habits. I am trained in advanced trauma therapies, allowing clients to do the deeper work that they need to truly heal.
I have a heart for working with teens and young adults 14 years and older. My specialties are anxiety, depression, men’s issues, sex/pornography addiction, life transitions, and emotional discovery. I use a variety of modalities including Internal Family Systems, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Brief/Solution-Focused Therapies
