About
Deciding to seek professional help for problems in your life is a big step, and it is my goal to make that decision as rewarding as possible. I believe in cultivating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the challenges you face. It is my hope that clients will be able to use the safety of our therapeutic relationship to learn how to approach these challenges with curiosity instead of fear. Together, we can find ways to meet those challenges head-on with courage and authenticity, and embark on a journey toward self-discovery, healing, and peace of mind.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults facing many concerns, with an emphasis on trauma, identity issues, grief, and religious/spiritual matters. My collaborative style is rooted in psychodynamic, existential-humanistic, and culturally-centered therapies, with the client's journey and values at the center of our work together.
No matter your circumstances, we can work together to find solutions that will help you live a more fulfilling life. If you are ready to take this journey together, feel free to contact me via email or phone.

Good Mourning -- Grief Support Group
Are you struggling to cope with the death of a loved one? Grief is a complex and often isolating experience, and it can be challenging to navigate the difficult emotions that may arise. This is an ongoing support group for people who are struggling with the death of a loved one. It is designed to give participants the opportunity to explore their “story of loss” — the story of your person who has died, your relationship with them, and the life you live now.
