Hi! I’m Taylor. I am so happy that you found my page! I'm a strengths-based therapist who loves working with individuals and couples. I have experience working with anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder. I have extensive experience working with teenagers, and see folks 16+. I also specialize in perinatal mental health. From the preparation that comes with having a new baby (or adding another one!), to anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and changes in relationships, I'm here to work alongside you through every step.
Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to do it alone. We will discuss your goals, and make an action plan, together. I offer a warm environment - cozy couch, coffee, tea, and water (sometimes all three at the same time) - to do challenging and empowering work.
I am also happy to offer telehealth services, or a mix of both in-person and telehealth. If my approach sounds like a fit, please reach out! I would love to schedule a time to have a consultation with you.
