Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey and the owner of Aligned Counseling Center. I created this private therapy practice to provide the highest quality care to individuals and families in need of support. Throughout my career, I have worked with people from all backgrounds. There is one thing they all have in common- the need for an unbiased person to listen and support them without judgement. The challenges of life - family, finances, relationships, careers - can have a major impact on our mood, perspective and daily functioning.
As a therapist, I aim to create a space where people can openly discuss their feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I hope to help my clients build the skills to align their lives with their goals and values. I utilize tenets of Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression and grief within the adolescent, young adult and adult community. I provide individual and family therapy.
