About
Is stress and anxiety getting in the way of enjoying your life and the people in it? I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) who can work with you to find more peace and happiness in your day-to-day life and relationships, as well as help you reach your short and long-term goals. My approach is warm and unconditionally accepting to allow you to explore the most difficult parts of your experience in a space completely free of judgement. That being said, I am a very active and skills-based therapist. I want you to get as much as possible out of each session.
I have specialized training and expertise in treating anxiety disorders in adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, and mindfulness techniques. I also help parents support their children struggling with anxiety and OCD through a technique called SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
I love helping my clients build more peaceful, connected relationships with themselves and others. You should never feel that you are alone in this - give me a call and together we can figure out a way forward. Note that I am only providing telehealth sessions at this time.
