I offer a grounded, relational space to explore what’s been weighing on your heart and mind—whether that means breaking old patterns, healing attachment wounds, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that long to be seen, heard, and understood.
I believe healing happens not by “fixing” ourselves, but by becoming more connected to who we truly are—at your own pace, in your own way. No matter where you’re starting from, every person carries an inner wisdom that can guide them toward healing, connection, and wholeness. My role is to help you access that knowing with curiosity, compassion, and care.
