Hi, I’m Taylor — your not-too-serious therapist for very real life stuff. I work with adults (18+) and specialize in Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, ADHD, and those navigating identity, self-discovery. If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t need therapy… I just need to stop overthinking every moment of my existence,” — we’ll probably get along. My clients often tell me they open up with me about things they’ve never said out loud (even to their pets). I’m warm, nonjudgmental, and I fully support laughing and crying during the same session — that’s called emotional efficiency.
I am collaborative and human — no robotic therapist nodding. I’m engaged, I ask thoughtful questions, and I’ll give you skills and insight you can actually use outside of sessions. We’ll explore patterns, build coping tools, laugh when it helps, and hold space when it hurts.
In our first session, expect warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. I’ll ask what’s been heavy, what you’d like to feel instead, and what support looks like for you. We’ll go at your pace—no pressure.
