My ideal clients are individuals with complex or single-incident trauma who may be navigating difficult relationships, including those affected by a partner, friend, or family member’s active addiction. They may struggle with emotional regulation, anger, inner-child work, and understanding complex family dynamics. They seek a supportive, structured space to process trauma, build coping skills, and gain insight. Their goals include healthier relationships, improved emotional stability, and greater clarity and connection.
I provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space built on trust and openness, where you can be authentic and connect, sometimes with a touch of humor. My approach blends mind-body awareness with EMDR, ACT, values-based therapy, MBCT, talk therapy, and expressive arts to support healing and personal growth.
