I specialize in working with individuals' presenting with a variety of mood, anxiety, and trauma-related presentations. OCD, depression, anxiety, and trauma histories, specifically. I'm a Certified EMDR specialist. I believe there is hope and success with treatment.

I'm equipped to help you get unstuck from thoughts, rituals, or behaviors that are keeping you from living the life you want/deserve. Whether you struggle with managing OCD, anxiety, depression, etc. relief is possible. You no longer have to feel confined to your mental health concerns. Therapy helps!

As a clinical practicum student at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Teaching Hospital, I worked at the OCD Institute with direct training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
