I work with individuals (adults and teens 15+) and couples who are looking to strengthen their individual voices and promote personal growth.

I assist individuals navigating medical trauma and chronic illness/pain, drawing upon years of work in medical settings to understand the systemic barriers that silence patient and employee voices. I also specialize in substance use recovery and normalize the use of medication assisted treatment. I utilize multiple modalities based on your specific needs.
