In addition, I draw from Compassion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and humanistic approaches to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of self-compassion. For couples, I incorporate principles of the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
