About
At one point or another, we all experience hardship in life. Whether it is grief, anxiety, or relationship difficulties, I cannot think of a greater privilege than coming alongside people who are struggling. I love building relationships with people and have a passion for helping them build stronger, more lasting relationships in their lives. I enjoy working with families and couples who seek to strengthen their relationships. I also enjoy working with adults and teens as they seek to figure out the challenges they encounter. My hope is to be a safe place to walk with individuals through their current troubles.
I have worked with teenagers, families, couples, and individuals as they struggle with anxiety, family communication/parenting issues, intimacy issues, grief, depression, addiction, and spiritual confusion. I will work alongside people to help process and understand the patterns that could be contributing factors in the current conflict or issue.
I have a special interest in how our faith and spirituality interweave our life stories. My highest priority is creating a safe relationship and environment for people to process their stories and difficulties they are currently facing. I have flexible hours and am able to work with clients of various income levels.
