My goal as a therapist is to help clients gain self-awareness and clarity to lead more fulfilling lives. I have experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and career exploration. I offer care for a wide range of populations, supporting individuals, couples, teens, and families. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with student-athletes to improve their performance readiness, whether in sports or other areas of life.

I am passionate about creating an environment where my clients feel truly heard, safe, and understood. I work from both a psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective, recognizing that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are deeply interconnected and have been shaped through our life experiences.

Together, we can uncover the root causes of challenges and create meaningful change. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, acknowledging that each client is unique in their experiences.
