I am here to provide empathetic and holistic support. If you, your child, or a loved one faces challenges associated with neurodivergence (e.g., attention difficulties, lack of mental clarity, impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, and inflexibility), anxiety, people-pleasing, or just general life stress, and you would find guidance and consistent collaboration beneficial, I may be the therapist for you! Common goals include improving focus, emotion regulation, self-advocacy, social skills, and self-understanding. Together, we can foster a brighter future, celebrating strengths and addressing challenges with compassionate support.
I use a broad range of theory to guide my practice, and enjoy working with people who are struggling to cope, adjust, or heal from relational trauma, ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety. My main focuses are emotion dysregulation, communication, focus and attention, independence, flexibility, stress management, and self-advocacy skills, amongst others!
