Greetings, I’m Taylor. Are you ready to make a change? To shift your current dynamic into something more aspiring? Are you being held back by trauma or shame? I do a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I also do coaching sessions upon request. Let’s work together to find out the best plan of action for you and I hope to see you in session soon.
