For the last 10 years I have specialized in working with boys, teenagers, men, women, and families. If this is you, it is my goal to help you overcome the barriers and problems in your life that are keeping you from experiencing the freedom you are desiring. Most often, these problems are the result of unresolved trauma and wounding from childhood. Perhaps you're experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, grief, PTSD, sexual abuse, addiction (sexual, drug/alcohol, work), lack of self confidence, family issues, relationship difficulties, negative coping habits, physical or auto-immune disorders, or more. In my practice, I utilize a number of trauma informed approaches such as EMDR (Online or In-Person), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and more to help you resolve these early childhood traumas so that you can experience the peace, joy, and freedom in your life that you are desiring and worthy of having.

Asheville Christian Mens Process Group
The Asheville Christian Men's Process Group is led by Licensed Professional Counselor, Taylor Houchens (www.taylorhouchens.com). Running successfully for over a year, this is a safe space for Christian men to fellowship, process life's challenges, and experience meaningful and lasting relationships with one another.
