September 2026 - accepting new clients! I am a skilled, caring therapist with years of experience treating adult clients (18 through the senior years). I have a collaborative, empathetic therapeutic style and utilize cognitive, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches. Sessions with me are warm, but very structured and active! My interest in the field began while attending New York University, and I received a Master of Social Work from Fordham University in 2009. I completed my advanced year internship at Jacobi Medical Center, Bronx, NY, and since graduating I have worked in hospital, human services and outpatient settings.
My work is currently focused on treating adult individuals, with presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, adjustment to challenging life circumstances, work stress and interpersonal difficulties. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I welcome working with people who are LGBTQ+ and people with neurodivergence.
