I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia offering virtual therapy. I work best with motivated individuals who feel stuck and are ready for change, even if they’re not sure where to start. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, difficult family dynamics, or identity shifts. I especially love to support women and professionals balancing demanding roles and family. I use a blend of CBT, DBT, and a person centered approach, with tools tailored to your goals and values.
