As a therapist, my mission is to help my clients feel seen, supported, and empowered – especially those who have not always experienced safety or acceptance in traditional systems, including therapy. If you are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or simply seeking a better understanding of your authentic self, I can support your healing through a process of self-discovery, emotional insight, and compassionate reflection.
My personal story intersects with my work as a therapist because I have my own AuDHD diagnosis. Like you, I’ve endured hardships in systems not built for us, but I’ve also found a deeper understanding of myself and can help you do the same. Life is full of beauty and of hardships, and I can help you navigate both.
My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, respecting your autonomy in each session. Growth is different for everyone – and it also isn’t linear. Whatever support you need and whatever challenges you’re navigating, I can help you learn to love yourself and embrace what makes you unique.
