Hello! Life changes and emotions can sometimes feel heavy and leave us wondering which step to take. You are not alone in this feeling and taking the first step towards seeking help is often the hardest. I hope to work with you and provide a safe space to navigate what is most important to you and your journey. I provide treatment for individuals coping with life transitions, anxiety, grief, trauma, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and self-esteem. My therapeutic approach includes fostering connection within the therapeutic relationship to promote healing while also utilizing evidenced based interventions to best provide support. I combine cognitive based approaches with mindfulness based practices to heal on a holistic level; shift patterns, thoughts, and behaviors; as well as improve quality of life.
Each session will be held with compassion for parts of you that have felt unworthy, unaccepted, or like too much to hold. I am here to hold space for these parts of you and honor your individual journey that led you here.
