Welcome! I see adults at the individual level and some of my specialties include Trauma, ADHD/Autism, anxiety, religious deconstruction, and working though some good ole crippling existential dread. I work well with clients who have hit a wall with talk therapy and want to go deeper and shift things talk therapy couldn’t. When I asked my clients what they liked most about me some of the things they said were they like that I am a safe person who is easy to connect with, I laugh and joke a lot, genuinely care about them, and actually use tools to help them in a way others did not.
I tend to be pretty solution focused, like teaching new tools and techniques, and I'm a big fan of small goals/homework between sessions. If you know these therapies or would like to google them some of my most used modalities are EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness-based Therapy, CBT, and Existential Therapy. I like working through a spiritual lens when it’s a fit.
