As a therapist, my work is to join you on the path back to yourself - shedding your conditioning to discover your True Self. At the core, the person I best support is stuck as a result of growing up with an absent, mentally ill, addicted or narcissistic parent. They may feel deep, conflicting feelings of loneliness, unworthiness and guilt; pushing down painful beliefs such as "I'm broken/flawed/undeserving" but which show up in self-neglecting behaviors.
Using IFS informed parts-work we will discover what old wounds hijack your nervous system when you’re overwhelmed or distressed that leaving you saying, “I don’t know what happened, that wasn’t me”.
