It all began with the healing journey of myself, through which I explored countless modalities. I found that the most profound growth came from combining both eastern and western practices. This is why I focus my work in merging east and west. My approach is integrative as well as eclectic. While my practice is grounded in traditional depth psychotherapy, I incorporate spiritual healing elements such as intuitive therapy, energy clearing, yoga nidra & guided meditations.
One of my areas of speciality is working with those who identify as highly sensitive. Sometimes this world can feel dense and overwhelming, especially for HSP’s, which is why I am honored to offer a safe space for those wishing to step out of the overload sensation and reclaim their power as a beautiful sensitive human being.
