As a relational and trauma informed therapist, I offer a compassionate space to support you through life’s challenges. I focus on stress that occurs inside relationships, during significant life transitions, and understand the impacts of trauma on our daily life. We’ll focus on your strengths and work toward building curiosity, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to yourself.
As a relational focused therapist, I specialize in working with attachment, emotion, connection and belonging. I work with adults struggling in their relationships, challenges within parenting, and the perinatal and postpartum population. My approach to therapy is warm, non judgmental, and collaborative.
Together we’ll work toward building safe, fulfilling connections with all parts of yourself as well as those you’re closest to. Postpartum Support Circle
Parenting a newborn is hard! Join this 6-week postpartum support circle to help you connect with other parents, talk about your postpartum experience, and build community. We’ll discuss topics including emotional wellness, healing and body image, relationship changes, intimacy, older siblings, sleep, shifts in identity, and more. Join Taylor Elwood, therapist and certified doula on Monday mornings in June and July from 11am - 12:15pm. Babies welcome!
