In my therapy practice, I focus on treating Trauma & Stressor-related disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, and Suicidality. My approach is compassionate and personalized, aiming to empower individuals to navigate their challenges with strength and hope. As a systemically trained therapist I recognize that resilience & healing is not the sole responsibility of the individual. Resilience comes from both individual, social and environmental factors. With this mindset I support the holistic wellness of my clients and achievement of their identified goals. I love working with families, teens, couples and young adults.
I pride myself on being both empathic and authentic with clients. My background is in prevention, intervention, & postvention response to Suicide. As such I am open to all lived experiences and welcome clients with complex presenting concerns.
