I have extensive experience working with clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. I work with trauma survivors (physical, sexual, emotional) through multiple lenses of EMDR, somatic work, and parts work. Additionally, I love working with couples, with specialized training in emotion focused therapy.

I know the feeling of being lost in the wilderness. It's discouraging, it's disorienting.
