As a counselor, my goal is to help you through life’s transitions towards healing, self-discovery, and wellness. We are all human, and part of our humanity is learning how live our lives authentically. We've all felt immense joys and immense lows, and as a result, we've all adapted many ways of coping through it. I'm committed to walking beside you through your journey, lending a listening ear and offering a sounding board for your internal dialogue. Through real conversations, deep reflection, and a little bit of humor and grace, healing is possible.
I offer a non-judgmental, down-to-earth, and open space for my clients. My warm and integrative approach means that I am not stuck in one theoretical orientation but will use the skills that are best suited for you. I have expertise working with adolescents and adults dealing with mood disorders, relational issues and life transitions.
I am deeply committed to inclusivity and providing a safe space for all. My practice is inclusive to all walks of life, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC community members, and those who do not fit into a specific box.
