There are seasons in life that require extra work to get through in a healthy way. My goal is to assist you in these times, respecting the fact that God has placed you in charge of your own life. My goal is to make sure that counseling does not linger on. Instead, counseling should last only as long as you need.

I offer counseling for individuals, couples, or families. Counseling sessions are one hour, usually once per week for as long as is helpful to you. I feel at home assisting people with marital issues, grief, depression, anxiety, anger, and difficulty adjusting to life change.

I am a West Texan. I was born on the South Plains and I enjoy connecting with South Plains people. I know there are many reasons not to reach out to a counselor. So, when someone does reach out, I take it seriously.
