I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based trauma therapy that can help reduce the emotional intensity of painful or distressing experiences, and utilize an eclectic therapy approach to ensure I'm able to meet your individual needs. I work with individuals of all ages experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, chronic illness, and hard life transitions.
Together, we will create a space where you can better understand what you are feeling, develop practical ways to cope, and begin healing at a pace that feels manageable. Coming to therapy can be extremely vulnerable and nerve wracking! My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your story and become your true, authentic self.
