I’m especially passionate about supporting teenagers (14 - 17), young adults (18 - 28), women, and LGBTQIA+ folx. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety and the effects of childhood trauma. They tend to be thoughtful and self-aware, often wishing to make connections between past and present, explore recurring patterns, and feel a stronger sense of trust in themselves.

We'll start each session with what feels meaningful to you. Maybe it's a conversation from last week, or a vague feeling that keeps coming up. Together, we'll follow the trailhead to find out what your experience may be trying to reveal to you. I enjoy incorporating creativity and art into in-person sessions with people who find visual expression helpful.
