Hey there! Glad you are here. Searching for a therapist can feel like an overwhelming process, and I'd love to help make it easier. I work best with issues related to trauma, some including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, abuse, self worth, etc. You may be telling yourself that you aren't good enough, capable, or loveable because of your life experiences. I admire the courage and vulnerability it takes to make the first steps towards healing amidst those heavy narratives, feelings, and experiences. I am here to walk that path with you, help you accomplish your goals, and find whatever healing looks like for you.
I specialize in fostering meaningful connections with teenagers, couples, families, and individuals, from attachment and trauma-informed lenses. I believe everyone is incredibly worthy with strengths and abilities that when cultivated, leads to increased self compassion and hope. I have seen true healing occur when individuals truly come to love themselves.
As a therapist living with anxiety myself, I understand the worry that can accompany all aspects of life.
