Hey Mama! As a mom myself, I understand the struggle you might be facing right now - loss of identity, postpartum anxiety, lack of sex drive or interest in sex. I know what you are going through not only because I have experienced it, but because I have come out of it, and have gained knowledge and training in how to work with moms experiencing just this! We can work through these struggles together. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Certified Sex Therapist. As a therapist for moms, I help my clients design and create a healthy relationship and balance between individual and mom. I tend to use a solution focused approach with clients where we focus on the solutions to the problems more than the actual problem itself. Clients tend to love the approach because it can prove to show quicker results.
