I invite everyone to share the counseling space with me, but I have experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and OCD. I enjoy working with people who are looking to create a change in their life or those who are seeking to explore themselves. Additionally, I seek to make my space a comfortable one for those are LGBTQIA+ and love working with clients on topics related to their gender or sexuality.
My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Genuine change never happens within the comfort zone, so I also seek to create a space that supports learning and exploration. I use an integrative, client centered approach because you are expert on yourself.
The modern world can be chaotic and frustrating, leaving little time for mental health. If you want to start down the path of showing up for yourself and creating a positive change, you’ve already taken the first step! If you’ve decided you would like me to walk alongside you on this path, let me know. I would be thrilled to work with you.
