I welcome everyone into my practice; however, I have particular experience working alongside members of the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent individuals. My practice supports clients dealing with a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), relationship struggles, trauma, gender dysphoria, and grief.
My goal is to create a balance between support and challenge. True growth often requires us to step outside our comfort zones, and I see therapy as a place where clients can safely engage in this process. I take an integrative approach to counseling, combining insights from various theories to find what works best for you.
