About
Hello! I am currently only providing tele therapy services. I use a collaborative approach and then adapt my stye to fit the situation. I will let you lead and provide a listening ear to you. I will try to help you relate to your problem in a different way. I believe in connection being a vital part to our wellness; both physical and mental. I am a direct person, ENTJ, a type 8, and a Virgo. I love being playful and making therapy a positive safe experience for all.
I have assisted clients of many different backgrounds, religious affiliations, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientation. I believe in autonomy and our freedom to be our true selves and will not discriminate based on any of these differences. I have knowledge and experience with trauma work, infidelity, and parenting.
My first goal is to help you create change in your life by either providing therapy myself or helping you find the provider that is right for you. My second goal is for you to have found balance and no longer need my services. Please feel free to reach out and see if I will be the right fit for you.
