Hello! I am currently providing tele-therapy services in Texas and In-person services out of Borger Texas. I use a collaborative approach to get to you know you and then will adapt my stye to fit the situation. I will let you lead us through your experiences while I provide support and a listening ear. I will try to help you relate to your problem in a different way. I believe in connection being a vital part to our wellness; both physical and mental. I am a direct person, ENTJ, a type 8, and a Virgo. I love being playful and making therapy a positive safe experience for all.
I have assisted clients of many different backgrounds, religious affiliations, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientation. I believe in autonomy and our freedom to be our true selves and will not discriminate based on any of these differences.
My first goal is to help you create change in your life by either providing therapy myself or helping you find the provider that is right for you.
