Taylor has extensive training and experience in both pediatric and adult oncology, acknowledging the profound effects of life-altering diagnoses on individuals and their families. She employs an integrative approach using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts Work to help clients heal from trauma. Taylor also integrates expressive therapies, including play therapy and sand therapy, to facilitate healing and self-expression.
Outside of her professional work, Taylor enjoys practicing yoga, collecting earrings, chasing after her toddler, and eating her way through the Mitchell’s ice cream menu.
