As a proud queer therapist and LMSW trained at the University at Albany, my goal is to meet you exactly where you’re at in your journey, offering warmth, flexibility, and unwavering support. You come in with your strengths and your struggles—whether you’re navigating eating disorders, body dysmorphia, trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or PTSD. My approach is rooted in collaboration and adaptation to your needs.
I work with CBT, DBT, and strengths-based techniques to build strategies that make sense to you, blending in art therapy when creative expression might help you feel more seen, more held, more empowered. I’m certified in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) to support healing from PTSD. I aim to create a space where you feel accepted and welcomed.
