Whether you’re looking to heal from your past, develop healthier relationships, or find more peace in your present, I’m here to support you in embracing your innate resilience. I specialize in attachment issues, childhood trauma, and life transitions, and have extensive experience working with young adults. Using a variety of approaches, I'll help you process both your past and present, develop healthy boundaries with yourself and others, and above all, gain self-compassion and insight. Together, we will cultivate an empathic understanding of yourself and identify a path toward healing.
In order to gain skills and a helpful path forward, we first need to understand why we think, feel, and act the way we do. I have dedicated my career to helping my clients process, grieve, and heal from their past, as well as develop healthy coping skills and boundaries moving forward. My approach is eclectic and largely informed by CBT, DBT and IFS.
Society has taught us to hide our true selves, to neglect our true feelings, and to prioritize others' views over our own to be accepted, when the only true acceptance we need comes from within. I will help you learn about and embrace your authentic self, and I commit to being my true self, too - without judgment, filters, or societal expectations.
