Taylor Pinne, MSW, LCSW Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that works from a person-centered approach. I meet the clients where they are at and assist with learning tools to cope with symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. The types of clients that I typically work with are clients that are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. I typically see patients between the ages of 18-65. I utilize therapy approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused and person-centered.
When a client is working with me, I want them to feel comfortable and not feel like its a "stiff" environment. This is your time and your session. This is about you and working on getting you to feeling like your best self.
I approach goal setting by first asking the client what they want to achieve through therapy. During a first session, I will use this time to complete an assessment and learn more about the client.
