I value an eclectic, holistic, and well-rounded approach. I am particularly passionate about working with late -teens, young-adults, adults, and couples. I like to make a strengths-based and goal-oriented plan to help individuals cope with life’s hardships as well as gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
My approach to counseling is to aim for a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental atmosphere. I believe therapy has no linear agenda, measuring success and reaching goals looks different for everyone. My aim is to help clients cope with and overcome life’s challenges while providing a warm and empathetic environment.
