My ideal client is someone who’s been carrying a lot—sometimes silently—because they’ve felt misunderstood or overlooked. Maybe they’re navigating anxiety, family expectations and traditions, identity questions, life transitions, or just trying to make space for themselves in a world that doesn’t always reflect their values or experiences.
They want someone who will listen deeply, honor their culture and beliefs, and help them connect the dots without having to explain everything from scratch. They want to feel seen, heard, and supported as their whole self—and that’s exactly how I show up.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a structured, evidence-based approach designed to support children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. In addition, I have experience working with older adults, addressing concerns such as grief, life transitions, depression, and cognitive changes with sensitivity and respect.
Life can be hard, especially when you're carrying pain from the past or facing big life changes. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, you're not alone—and you don’t have to face it alone.
I offer a safe, welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, focusing on helping individuals heal from trauma and navigate life’s challenges.
