I'm so glad you're here...that first step of finding the right therapist for you or your child can be one of the hardest. I have both personal and professional experience working with teen athletes as a Mira Costa High School graduate and ex-dancer. I also work with children, tweens, teens, and young adults navigating a wide range of experiences such as perfectionism, family issues, addictions, intimacy challenges, anxiety, obsessive compulsive tendencies, and body image concerns. For some, they need an action plan. For others, just a caring ear to listen. Together, we can decide what kind of therapy will work for you.

I have experience working with eating disorders and providing collaborative care for those struggling. I am also deeply entrenched in my sobriety and enjoy working with individuals wanting to recover from substance abuse and other compulsive behaviors. I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I pull from various modalities based on your unique needs.
