Couples who are struggling in their relationship with trust/betrayal, communication, and intimacy may often feel as if they are on a completely different page from their partner. My goal is to help you reconnect in your relationship, communicate better, and get back to a place of comfort and support. I also work with adult individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions/adjustment, poor interpersonal relationships, and stress. I strive to help you better understand your past experiences and the influence this is having on your life now. I balance process oriented work with skills needed to make changes now.

I specialize in couples therapy and I am also passionate about working with individuals. I provide evidence-based treatments including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment theory. I tailor my approach to each client individually to ensure best fit and outcomes.
