You might seem “fine” on the outside while privately carrying anxiety, shame, grief, or self-doubt. I believe healing happens through safe, supportive relationships. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s weighing on you. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and gently bring light to the places that feel heavy.
I offer a safe space to explore what’s beneath the surface & how past experiences, relationships, and patterns shape who you are today. Together we’ll look at what feels heavy, untangle old stories, and find new ways of coping so you can feel more connected to yourself and others. I specialize in working with tweens to young adults, but welcome all!
I know reaching out for help can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Unapologetically Me is a process group led by Taylor Alley, LPC-MHSP (Temp) (she/her/hers), designed for neurodivergent middle school girls. This safe and supportive space is for exploring what it means to be neurodivergent, learning emotional and sensory regulation tools, strengthening relationships and communication, and practicing coping strategies for daily life. Together, we will build self-confidence, navigate stigma with compassion, and celebrate the beauty of every unique brain.
