I enjoy listening without judgment, helping clients navigate life's challenges, and encouraging meaningful growth. I specialize in grief and loss, marital counseling, family counseling, adolescents, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I am also passionate about helping those overcome feelings of loneliness, build confidence, and build a balanced life.
I volunteered as a peer counselor at a pregnancy center, supporting men and women with parenting, marriage, and relationship challenges. I also serve alongside my husband in youth ministry with middle and high school students. While living in Chicago, I provided peer counseling to women who had experienced human trafficking.
