About
I created Talking with Taylor LLC with the intention of connecting clients to their authentic selves to create lasting, effective change. Perhaps you already know what people, places, and things are no longer "working" for you, yet you feel stuck. Some clients are challenged with a big life transition that activates intense feelings of anxiety, panic, and/or depression. Others feel exhausted from going through the motions of a life that they're expected to be living, but aren't particularly interested in. Whatever the circumstances, you want relief, clarity, and genuine connection. That's where I come in.
I have nearly 10 years of experience in clinical and virtual settings, assisting clients on their journey toward their goals. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), a leading therapy with research-backed outcomes in PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, & Panic Disorders. I believe in tailoring the therapeutic process to each individual.
